FIRST STEP:

Identifying help is needed, (specific mentor request [self-matching] struggling students, freshmen, first-gen.) Applying. Filling out the demographic survey/analysis. Here we will identify the students’ names and emails. Phone Number, Student ID#, Major, Campus Location (If Multiple), etc., to have the best pairing results. Students will then receive an alert that they will be paired within the next 24-48 hours, and what to expect in the following steps. Scheduling an in-person/online meeting, getting the tools, swag, Laptops from IT, TI-83/84+ Calculators, Books/eBooks/Book Store Vouchers, etc.
