Second Step:
Pairing the mentee with a mentor and moving forward. Tracking reports, how many mentors/mentees, mentee to mentor ratios, progress reports, quarter/mid-year/end-of-year surveys, and KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators). Getting mentored. What is covered – campus events, updates on grades/test scores, campus tours, resume/cover letter assistance, working (serving) on campus/finding jobs off campus, pantry/housing assistance, mental health resources, scholarships, one-time payments (stipends), etc. This mentor will stay with the mentee until their degree is completed (Certificate, 2-Year/4-Year Degree, and up)
