Third Step:

Completion/Graduation. All documents are saved in the cloud/OneDrive. Progress checklist showing what transpired. Emails/Texts, Messages/Phone Calls/Voice Notes, etc., to be saved for later reflection. Usage reports, grades/test scores/ Capstone/Exit Exams, and other simple takeaways while the mentee was in the program. (pictures/videos) Anything saved from on-campus events, seminars, and other memorable moments can be shared during this step as an overall reflection.
